Bof … ni bon ni mauvais Vendeur pas super souriant, là pour répondre à nos questions mais sans plus. Quand enfin au moment de passe commande pour la voiture un certain pack n’était plus disponible, mais sa réponse était que ce n’était pas leur faute (de la notre non plus d’ailleurs …) alors il a fallu discuter et re discuter pour finalement obtenir ce que l’on voulait alors que quelques minutes avant ça n’était sois disant pas possible … Drôle d’expérience

Sorry to provide such a feedback, but it was the worst experience I ever had. First of all i was told that out appointment is scheduled to 3 weeks away due to business of the services and the need to order details which should take 2 days to then change and execute entire service for the car. Within that I got total price of service(4k euro) for the work and confirmed that I agree to wait and agree with total cost. 3 weeks later I’m said that side-step didn’t arrive. So anyways I decided to come to service and do that to then wait for rest of details. After making it to the service I was told that work will take a day, max 2 days, but should not and replacement car will be 30euro a day. Since the side-step didn’t arrive I’ve been told that total price will be approx 2k euro… Of course it took 2 days and with no notice I got to the service to take the car back. The price I’ve been told to pay become 3.8k euro… This is there I got lost the common sense. We have waited for 3 weeks with short notice that there’s no details to execute whole needed work and price got to be almost the same as it would have been with all details changed in place… After almost an hour of tries to figure out why price got changed I got all sort of excuses: from we all man and do mistakes, to where did you got the price you expect and LandRover decided to raise up prices… After all I have payed 3k and went out. Checking out the price for the replacement car, since serviceman said they only charged me for one day, I noticed it’s 1day and 60euros… Long story short - I felt myself to be robbed and lied to. They’ve robbed my time and in a lot sense my money as well. I will not recommend to deal with these guys or at least be very careful about agreements and expectations. Cherry-top: Attached photo is the clean service performed.
